As a wedding coordinator, nothing brings me more joy than being a part of a couple’s wedding day. every wedding expresses the unique story of the coupe, and Bianca and ben’s wedding was no exception. Their wedding was held at the Essence Event Center in St Paul, Minnesota. As I reflect back on their stunning celebration, I am excited to share their story and wedding day!

THE VENUE

The Essence Event Center provided the perfect setting for Bianca & Ben’s celebration. The venue is spacious and elegant with high ceiling and beautiful lighting, creating a romantic atmosphere. They chose to have their ceremony and reception at the venue, which provided a seamless and stress-free day for all involved. The Essence Event Center has spacious getting ready rooms which were also the perfect setting for the first looks.

THE FLORAL

One of the standout features of Bianca and Ben’s wedding was the beautiful florals throughout the venue. They rented bud vases from Juniper Event Co, and we filled them with floral from their florist. From the centerpieces to the bouquets, the floral were a beautiful reflection of the couple’s personality.

As food is an important element of any celebration, Bianca and Ben ensure their guests were well-fed with delicious cuisine. The dinner was buffet-style, offering a variety of options included a mashed potato bar!

THE DANCING

The dance floor was the highlight of the evening, as it was clear that Bianca and Ben’s guests enjoyed getting their groove on. The DJ was able to read the crowd and play music that kept people dancing all night.

ESSENCE EVENT CENTER WEDDING

Bianca & ben’s wedding was a beautiful representation of their love and commitment of each other. From the stunning venue, to the lovely florals, delicious food and fun dancing, everything was flawlessly. The Essence Event Center is one of our favorite venues in the Minneapolis / St Paul area, and is an excellent choice to host your wedding.
