Bianca & Ben’s Essence Event Center wedding in April was so amazing to be a part of! Not only are Ben & Bianca two of the kindest people I’ve ever met – their entire wedding party, family & friends were all so wonderful & great to work with!
To start off, the Essence Event Center is by far one of our favorite venues. As a wedding planner, we’ve worked at dozens and dozens of different venues, but the Essence Event Center always stands out. Not only is the space stunning with two spacious and beautiful getting ready suites, the venue coordinators and the rest of the staff are overall just phenomenal to work with. The space is versatile to work with no matter your theme you have in mind. We look forward to each wedding we have here!
One of the standout features of Bianca and Ben’s wedding was the beautiful florals throughout the venue. They rented bud vases from Juniper Event Co, and we filled them with floral from their florist. From the centerpieces to the bouquets, the floral was truly stunning and they made sure their head table was a statement piece!
Another great part about the Essence Event Center is the separate ceremony/cocktail hour/reception room they have. They seamlessly transfer the room from ceremony, to cocktail hour/buffet lines, to then the dancing during the reception. This gives a little space to those who would rather mingle at their reception table without dancing! But Ben & Bianca’s crowd sure danced their feet off – that’s for sure!
Our Services
Bianca & Ben inquired with us only a few months before their wedding day when they realized they would need a little more help on the wedding day with vendor communication, set up, tear down and a few tasks. Upon booking, we quickly got to work getting all their wedding information so we could start reaching out to vendors to craft a very detailed timeline. Ben & Bianca’s wedding day at the Essence Event Center truly went off without a hitch and we have stayed in touch since their wedding day! Bianca is a realtor in the Minneapolis area and we chat almost every week regarding business and just overall life stuff.
