"Hanna and her team were our wedding day MVPs! I hired Hanna for wedding day coordination a little over one year before our wedding day. We had a phone meeting and she is so organized, kind, and professional so I knew she would be a great vendor to have at our wedding. Little did I know just how helpful she and her team would be! 

Every couple of months during the 12 months leading up to our wedding Hanna would send me a planning checklist of tasks that I should be working on with a timeframe for doing them. This was so helpful in making sure that I wasn't cramming right before my wedding day. In addition to the planning checklists, Hanna provided us with other helpful information such as vendor gratuity, alcohol purchasing, and much more. Hanna and I had several planning meetings to go over our plans and wishes for the wedding day and she had several detailed questionnaires for me to fill out so that we were on the same pay for our big day. These sheets were incredibly helpful in planning as there were many things on there that I would have never thought about if it were not for Hanna! 

In the few weeks before the wedding, Hanna made contact with all of our vendors to be sure they knew the game plan and would arrive at the correct place at the right time which was a HUGE weight off my shoulders. On the big day, Hanna arrived early and brought some extra staff. Hanna and everyone on her team were so helpful and professional. Hanna took so many behind-the-scene photos and videos for us to have (which made waiting for our gallery so much easier!) and set up/broke down our decorations. They handled several situations on our wedding day (including our ice cream truck breaking down) so that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy our big day!

Having a wedding coordinator is incredibly helpful and if you want the best of the best you should absolutely hire Hanna! She was our wedding day hero and we would recommend her to everyone!
