Elsie & Noah’s Equestria West at Bavaria Downs wedding was a timeless and classy wedding. Pristine Floral knocked it out of the park with Elsie’s vision for her florals – all white flowers with a little bit of greenery. One of my favorite touches was the bourbon bottles! Noah & Elsie’s Dad share a love of bourbon. Elsie’s Dad has been saving empty bourbon bottles since Elsie + Noah started dating and they were used on the tables as a type of bud vase!
When Elsie & Noah inquired with us they were looking for someone to take their vision and implement it seamlessly on the day of, allowing them to focus on each other and their guests during the wedding. They also wanted someone to coordinate with both the venue coordinator + catering coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly & timely. They went with our wedding management package which was perfect for them! We helped create + manage their timeline, set up their personal decor, communicated with vendors & so much more!

HARVESTER SQUARE
Equestria West is located to the west of the twin cities and has two large getting ready spaces, separate indoor ceremony + reception areas, a wood ceremony site as well as an outdoor courtyard! The space is simply stunning and so versatile to fit any wedding theme. The staff is also so amazing at Equestria West. We worked with Ann + Michael mostly on the day of and they went above and beyond however they could to ensure the day went off without a hitch!

When working with Hanna you can tell that she genuinely loves what she does. Her passion is evident in her work.
Hanna served as our day of coordinator at our wedding and she did a wonderful job coordinating with all our various vendors, making sure that everyone was organized and on the same page. She followed all our wishes and helped execute our day flawlessly!
In addition to coordinating she also managed to capture behind the scenes content from the entire day and getting to watch it all back within 24 hours really was incredible!
