Kelsey & Warren's wedding was one of the most stunning weddings we have ever been apart of! The floral install alone that was above their head table is one of our favorite parts of the day!! Kelsey's too :)
Kelsey & Warren wanted their wedding to be a joyful day for their friends & family. They wanted it to be a big party with a packed dance floor and drinks flowing, all while being beautiful and elegant. They were wanting to embrace the spring season they were getting married in, while also having it mesh well with the industrial setting of the venue.
They booked us for partial planning + design where we worked with them for over a year to help secure their remaining vendors, help with the design and then of course we were on site the day of the wedding to make sure they didn't have to stress about a thing!

The Essence Event Center in St Paul, Minnesota is by far one of our FAVORITE venues ever! We have done a few weddings here before and each experience has been so wonderful. The staff is communicative, kind and overall will do whatever they need to ensure you have the best day ever! The venue itself is stunning – it has two of the largest getting ready suites I have EVER seen. There are two separate spaces for ceremony and the reception which makes the transition from ceremony to reception seamless. There is an outside courtyard area (which you can see in some of these photos) which you can hold your ceremony in or just take photos!

Hanna went above and beyond as our partial planner for our wedding. She helped us with everything leading up to our wedding day - recommending vendors and reviewing contracts, helping with design decisions and details, creating our timeline, and SO much more. Her resources like the guest tracker and budget breakdown were so helpful to keep all of the moving parts organized.
On wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We were able to fully enjoy our day and be really present knowing that Hanna had everything covered. Hanna and her team handled set up and take down, greeted vendors, ran our ceremony rehearsal, made sure every detail of the day ran smoothly, and even picked up our late night snack for us. On top of her professionalism and attention to detail, she is incredibly thoughtful, warm, and sincere. My husband and I felt so supported and celebrated by Hanna and her team throughout the entire planning process. Hiring Hanna is a no brainer!
