Sam & Pannchna's Essence Event Center wedding was absolutely stunning! We planned along side Sam & Pannchna for over 550 days. From finding the perfect venue, to sourcing the best vendors and everything in between, we were there with Sam & Pannchna every step of the way!
Sam & Pannchna fell in love with Essence Event Center not just because of how stunning the venue is, but also because it has an open catering policy which was super important to them! They went with a family style meal that everyone would love. With doing that, we were very intentional about the decor so that there was room on the tables for all of the bowls and plates of food. They opted for simple centerpieces but we rented floor length linens from Linen Effects to really make the room even more stunning! We also went with cafe lights and a broken floral arch as a statement piece.
While we were alongside Sam & Pannchna for every step of the planning journey, we also were there the day of to handle all of the details so Sam & Pannchna could focus on the most important part of the day - getting married! Sam & Pannchna - it was an absolute joy working with you both and planning the best day ever!!!

The Essence Event Center in St Paul, Minnesota is by far one of our FAVORITE venues ever! We have done a few weddings here before and each experience has been so wonderful. The staff is communicative, kind and overall will do whatever they need to ensure you have the best day ever! The venue itself is stunning – it has two of the largest getting ready suites I have EVER seen. There are two separate spaces for ceremony and the reception which makes the transition from ceremony to reception seamless. There is an outside courtyard area (which you can see in some of these photos) which you can hold your ceremony in or just take photos!
