For couples who choose us for full planning, partial planning, event design or content creation, you will be working with Hanna prior to and on your wedding day.
For couples who choose us for wedding management, you will be working with one of our lead coordinators prior to and on your wedding day! You will still be working with Hanna as well leading up to your wedding day as she oversees everything.
On your wedding day, if you choose one of our coordination or planning packages, you will have a lead and an assistant coordinator supporting your day. Based upon logistics of your day, additional staffing may be required for your wedding.
We are based in Minneapolis and Eau Claire currently but travel throughout Minnesota & Wisconsin for our couples!
This can vary greatly each year! We only take on a handful of planning couples each year to ensure they are supported and have the time necessary for a smooth planning experience. For content creation, availability can be more limited as only Hanna takes those weddings.
Each lead coordinator takes only 2 wedding management couples per month to ensure they have their undivided attention and an incredible wedding experience!
Each venue is different on what their coordinator will and will not do - so this should be confirmed as soon as possible so that you know if you need to hire a wedding coordinator! Typically a venue coordinator oversees any aspect related to just the venue, and not the wedding logistics overall.
