Kali & Joe's Spring Pinewood Wedding was truly one of my favorite weddings to date! Kali and Joe live in Utah and did majority of their planning from out of state. They absolutely fell in love with Pinewood and the natural beauty of it. With being engaged only 9 months prior, they started the wedding planning process right away!
Kali and Joe wanted the reception to be simple in terms of decor as Pinewood "wows" on its own. They wanted to use neutral florals, candles and greenery to highlight the venue itself. Kali wanted to have a non-rushed morning with her bridesmaids while getting ready. They went with emerald green bridesmaid dresses & black tuxes that really went well with Pinewood's aesthetic! Kali & Joe opted for a first look to enjoy some time together before the ceremony. They wanted a cocktail hour full of mingling and drinks, that rolled into dinner before a night of dancing.
Kali & Joe's Spring Pinewood Wedding was truly a dream. Working with them felt more like working with friends then actually "working!" It's a sad day when the wedding day comes to an end, but it was a beautiful day to be a part of. Congrats to the new Mr + Mrs McBeth!
Situated north of the Twin Cities, Pinewood is nestled in a forest of tall pines. One of my favorite parts about the venue, besides being absolutely stunning, is that there is a separate inside ceremony space from the reception space, which makes a last minute rain plan call a breeze. Thankfully the rain held off for Kali & Joe's big day! The venue is versatile for many different themes and designs, and doesn't require much with it already be stunning by itself. Pinewood's ceremony space seamlessly flows into the reception area, with a bar area that is connected both indoors and outdoors.

"When I started to plan my wedding, I knew I wanted to hire a day of coordinator regardless of whether my venue would require one - I wanted to hand off my planning and vision to someone else on my wedding day and let them execute every detail. Hanna did exactly that and SO. MUCH. MORE. From the to-do lists she sent throughout our engagement to keep us on track, to answering questions well before she took over vendor communications, she felt less like a coordinator and more like a co-planner.
Come our wedding day, I knew everything was in great hands and she made sure I stopped worrying about the details (I tried to micromanage once and she rightly told me to knock it off and go back to enjoying myself ha!). Hanna also took so many behind the scenes photos and videos that I wasn't expecting and they have been such a treasure to look at with my husband!!!! and friends while we wait for our professional photos. If there was one vendor that made planning my wedding easier, it was Hanna. She's thoughtful, passionate, fun, and dedicated to making your dream day become a reality. She's not just a wedding vendor, she's now a friend."
"I'm a fellow Wedding vendor and recently worked with Hanna and get team and I couldn't recommend her more! She was so easy to work with and really goes above and beyond for her clients. As a fellow vendor (Wedding florist) I appreciated and could totally see the value and awesome perk of having someone capturing behind the scene moments. She provided such great moments that I as a business owner appreciated and I know our clients were in love with as well! Super cool feature to add on to your day- content creation! Hope to work together again soon."
