Jackie & Ozzie had the most perfect timeless & elegant wedding at one of our favorite venues, The Royal Golf Club! Jackie and Ozzie wanted a black and white wedding where everyone has a fun & memorable day. They opted for black bridesmaid dresses and black charger plates, while their floral was simple white & greenery. They also envisioned a LOT of candles which was a must for them :)
When they booked with us they were looking for someone to help the day with managing the timeline, lining up the bridal party, answer any questions from guests/vendors, set up and tear down decor and overall be the point person! They went with our wedding management package which was perfect for them.
We started working with them a few months out to go over allll the details of their wedding day including decor set up and tear down. We also put together a timeline, contacted all their vendors and make sure no detail was missed!

The Royal Golf Club is one of our absolute favorite venues to work at! Not only is it absolutely stunning (especially the ceremony site!) but the staff are so incredibly nice and great to work with. They have 2 large getting ready spaces, and outdoor patio area and then of course the most stunning ceremony site overlooking the lake.

"Hanna was super helpful leading up to the big day, as she kept us organized with planning checklists and made sure we covered all the little details and were “on track” during our meetings. She was so helpful with vendors and helping us get connected with them! Meeting with Hanna to review the details and day-of management made everything feel way less overwhelming, and she has such great advice as to what the “must-haves” and “optional” details are!
On the day itself, Rachel, our on-site Lead Coordinator was truly incredible. She made sure we were always in the right place at the right time and kept the timeline moving so we could truly enjoy our day without stressing about where to be at what time. I also didn’t have to worry about a single thing setting up… everything was set up exactly how we envisioned, and it was perfect!! Any little issue that came up, they handled it. I honestly felt so calm and present all day, all thanks to Hanna Marie Events!!!
I will forever be an advocate for having a coordinator, and I would hire this team 10 times out of 10 in a heartbeat!!! They took so much pressure off and truly let us enjoy every moment of the best day of our lives!! Thank you x1000 Hanna, Rachel and the rest of your amazing team!!!"
