Ana and Spencer wanted a fun, modern, whimsical wedding. They love pastels and incorporated those throughout their wedding design and florals. The Luminare was perfect venue for them as it’s a blank slate to be used for many different themes and designs! They wanted to incorporate special moments throughout the day together and to do things a little more non-traditional. They got married at the Holy Cross Church and their reception was held afterwards at the Luminare!
Ana & Spencer were looking for a coordinator who is a type-A, no BS, wedding-day bestie. They wanted someone to keep everyone on schedule, triage any issues, and someone to look out for them and be the main contact throughout the day. They went with our wedding management package where we started working with them a few months prior to their wedding day to craft a timeline, contact vendors, and go over allllll the details of the wedding day including set up + tear down plan!
The Luminare is a newer venue in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It's one of the few venues that has an open catering policy and they also have a BYOB policy! The Luminare is zero waste and is a sustainably focused venue. It's a large venue that can accommodate up to 525 guests. While a large space, it can be partitioned off to not feel so large for smaller events! They have a gorgeous courtyard area which is great for photos or just taking a breather during the day!

"SO grateful we hired HME for our wedding day management! She and her team were an extremely valuable asset to our day. Some of the most helpful things she/they brought to the table were taking over vendor communications near the wedding, setting up & tearing down all decor (we had a lot), and running the show with our vendors throughout the wedding reception (our ceremony was off-site at a church).
A very thoughtful thing was that she had a little plates of appetizers and a drink ready for us as soon as we walked into cocktail hour (otherwise we probably wouldn't have taken the time to grab them ourselves), and she captured content for us to view the next day! She helped make our vision come to life and made sure everything was done behind the scenes and that was a huge weight off our shoulders.
We definitely do not regret including her in our budget, the day would've been so stressful without HME!"
