Emily & Cole had an Elegant Royal Golf Club Wedding this past October!
The Engagement
Emily knew that Cole was going to propose in the near future so he had to try REAL hard to surprise her! They had a beautiful dinner at Angelina’s in Woodbury (her favorite Italian restaurant) that they only go to for special occasions. When they got home, Emily opened the door to a staircase of candles and rose petals leading her to their table with candles and a large bouquet, as well as a handwritten letter. While Emily was reading the letter, their dog, Odessa, ran down the hallway on cue with a gift box that was tied around her collar and a bandana that said, “Mommy, will you marry Daddy?” To say Emily was shocked would be an understatement!
The Wedding
Emily & Cole wanted white, bright and airy vibes with natural light for their wedding. They went with a taupe/champagne color for the bridesmaids, navy blue suits for the groomsmen and light colored flower varieties for the flowers! They also wanted to be sure the ceremony space was beautiful, but not too over the top, as the Royal’s ceremony space is already gorgeous as is! They went with a circle arch with florals on it and florals down the aisle.
Our Services
Emily & Cole wanted a wedding coordinator who was organized, confident, knew the venue well and could keep the day in check! They went with our wedding management package and had Brooke B on site the day of the wedding as their lead coordinator!
We started working with Emily and Cole a few months out to put together a timeline, collaborate with their vendors, and finalize all the details. On the day of the wedding, we were on site to set up and tear down their personal decor as well as oversee and manage the day!
We were SO honored to be a part of this Elegant Royal Golf Club Wedding for Emily & Cole! Emily will be joining the team next year as an assistant so you will be seeing her around as well!

Brooke B was our lead coordinator for our wedding day. I was so taken care of as Brooke always checked in with me, communicated with our vendors as they arrived to the venue, kept me calm, brought me food and water, and literally moved mountains to make sure I had the best day. These girls are truly amazing and I am so lucky to have had them on wedding day!!
