Elsie & Noah’s Equestria West at Bavaria Downs wedding was one of the most STUNNING weddings I have ever been to. Truly not a detail was overlooked in this breathtaking wedding!

THE VENUE

Elsie & Noah got engaged a little over 2 years prior to their wedding day so they had plenty of time to plan this amazing day! The booked their venue, Equestria West at Bavaria Downs, prior to the renovations being completed. The renovations were completed in summer of 2023 and they held their first weddings in June. If you haven’t seen the transformation of this space from an old stable into a luxury wedding venue – you need to check it out on their instagram!

Equestria West is located to the west of the twin cities and has two large getting ready spaces, separate indoor ceremony + reception areas, a wood ceremony site as well as an outdoor courtyard! The space is simply stunning and so versatile to fit any wedding theme. The staff is also so amazing at Equestria West. We worked with Ann + Michael mostly on the day of and they went above and beyond however they could to ensure the day went off without a hitch!

THE THEME + DECOR

Elsie & Noah’s Equestria West at Bavaria Downs wedding was a timeless and classy wedding. Pristine Floral knocked it out of the park with Elsie’s vision for her florals – all white flowers with a little bit of greenery. One of my favorite touches was the bourbon bottles! Noah & Elsie’s Dad share a love of bourbon. Elsie’s Dad has been saving empty bourbon bottles since Elsie + Noah started dating and they were used on the tables as a type of bud vase!

OUR SERVICES

When Elsie & Noah inquired with us they were looking for someone to take their vision and implement it seamlessly on the day of, allowing them to focus on each other and their guests during the wedding. They also wanted someone to coordinate with both the venue coordinator + catering coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly & timely. They went with our wedding management package which was perfect for them! We helped create + manage their timeline, set up their personal decor, communicated with vendors & so much more!

This was truly a “pinch me” type wedding day – working with not only amazing couple, at a beautiful venue, but also with a rockstar vendor team!
