Rachel & Ryan’s September Royal Golf Club Wedding was one of my absolute favorite weddings for many reasons!

September 2022 is when Rachel & Ryan inquired and booked with us – so about a year before their wedding day. Just a few months later I posted that I was looking for assistant coordinators to join the team! Rachel expressed interest as she was looking something to keep her busy and did her first wedding with me on the team in February of 2023! Rachel has been a godsend to myself and the business, as she does a lot of behind the scenes work for me as well! She started doing weddings as a lead coordinator last year and will primarily doing wedding as a lead this year.

Enough about her being on the team – let’s talk about her wedding day! Rachel and Ryan’s September Royal Golf Club Wedding truly was a beautiful day. With hiring us to help with vendors, managing the timeline, and setting up and tearing down their decor – they were able to truly soak in every moment and enjoy what the day was truly about, getting MARRIED!

They had a unique unity aspect to their ceremony – they planted a tree together! We absolutely love unique unity ideas (or any unique wedding ideas in general) that couples have!

Rachel & Ryan also designed some unique table numbers – they used photos of them from a certain age to go along with the table number! So table 7 was them at age 7, table 10 was them at 10, and so on.

The party really started after their first dances and when they brought out the glow up foam wands and light up cowboy hats! They were such a hit and really got everyone on the dance floor.

I loved working with Rachel & Ryan for their wedding even before Rachel joined the team, but it became even more special once she was doing weddings alongside me and we grew closer together! Wishing the Helin’s a lifetime of happiness & love!
