The Lowlands | Styled Shoot - Hanna Marie Events

The Lowlands | St Paul, Minnesota

I recently had the absolute honor to collaborate on this styled shoot at The Lowlands, one of the newest venues in St Paul! This venue is a stunningly repurposed industrial building with soft finishes, expansive windows, and two large indoor gathering areas. The upper level is typically used for the ceremony and then flipped over to the reception area during cocktail hour while guests enjoy the lower level.

The venue is versatile for many different designs and themes. Each level of the venue has a unique outdoor space. The upper level has an open terrace and the lower level has an intimate sunken patio with cafe lights. There are also two getting ready rooms filled with natural light, full length mirrors and high ceilings. Perfect for photos ops and getting ready the day of your wedding!

For the styled shoot, Long Way Floral had a STUNNING design in mind and WOW did it sure come together! While I typically do the planning or coordinating on styled shoots, for this one I did the content creation! Meaning I took a TON of behind the scenes videos/photos throughout the day to capture every moment of the styled shoot. Styled shoot days can be busy for vendors running around, taking photos, setting up – so having a content creator there meant they got to still do their part and know they had someone to capture all the behind the scenes!
