The Venue
Villa Bellezza Winery is an Italian villa-style venue located in Pepin, Wisconsin. Here you can have your ceremony in the vines under the cover of their Vineyard Pavilion, or inside their Italian-inspired Great Hall! Their venue can accommodate large weddings up to 300 guests. The Great Hall, where the reception is held, is versatile for many different wedding designs and themes.
The Wedding
Kate & Hayden wanted to keep things simple for their Villa Bellezza wedding in terms of decor and focus more on the food and drinks part of the wedding! They wanted their sequence of events to feel seamless for their guests, along with great entertainment and a few personal touches as part of the day. They went with Deco Catering which is truly one of the best caterers around! They also offered an open bar to their guests with Give us a Shot as their bartenders!
Our Services
Kate and Hayden were looking for a coordinator who understood the importance of their day and their vision of how they wanted the day to go. They wanted to feel relaxed throughout the day, but also to enjoy each part of the day as well! They went with our wedding management package where we started working with them a few months prior to put together a detailed timeline, reach out and confirm details with the vendors, and go over the set up and tear down plan of their personal decor. “I hired HME for my wedding and it was amazing! Hanna and her team did a great job communicating with my vendors and helping me plan out my wedding. They were fantastic on the day of and definitely cut out of the stress of setting up a wedding. They set up all my decorations and packed everything away so we had nothing to worry about all day! Hanna also sends thoughtful gifts with personal notes that made my husband and I feel so special. 10/10 would recommend!”
