Rebecca & Isaac had the most colorful Edward Anne Estate at Bavaria Downs wedding!

THE ENGAGEMENT

Rebecca & Isaac went out to lunch on a Sunday. It was winter, and cold, but Isaac insisted on them going outside to the back of the restaurant. Once they got out there, their dog Lizzy ran out in a white dress with the ring around her neck. Isaac got down on one knee and asked Rebecca to marry him. The photographer then popped out of the bushes along with two of Rebecca’s best friends. They had an amazing lunch with champagne, and then went back to her friend’s place where a surprise party was waiting for her.

THE VENUE

Edward Anne Estate at Bavaria Downs is a European-style mansion turned wedding venue. It features rolling hills, oak groves, rose gardens and a lake that makes for the most beautiful ceremony backdrop! Inside the mansion there are grand staircases, soaring ceilings, and two getting ready suites for the couple. The ballroom is where the reception is held and is versatile for many different wedding designs.

The venue is exclusive with D’Amico Hospitality, which is known for impeccable service, to ensure you have a smooth event with your catering and bar!

THE WEDDING

Rebecca & Isaac wanted a VERY colorful wedding from the start. Edward Anne Estate at Bavaria Downs was perfect for making their wedding dreams come true as it was a blank slate, with character, for their wedding. Rebecca absolutely loves the color pink and wanted to incorporate it as much as she could, so you’ll see pops of pink everywhere! The couple also wanted their pup Lizzie to be part of their day, so you’ll see photos of her running down the aisle – such a sweet girl!

OUR SERVICES

When Rebecca & Isaac inquired, they had a few vendors booked, but they were looking for someone to help take over the rest of their wedding planning and get them to the finish line. They knew they wanted to remain stress free and in the moment on their wedding day, and hiring a wedding planner was a huge part of that! 

They initially booked Management with us, but then shortly after decided to upgrade to Planning. We started having meetings where we went through the to do’s/priorities, helped with their design, and did vendor communication as well. On the day of the wedding we were on-site all day to ensure everything was executed to plan including setting up/tearing down their personal decor, checking in with vendors, and managing the timeline.
