White & Sable is a new modern wedding venue located in Ham Lake, Minnesota, approximately 20 minutes north of the Twin Cities.

The Venue

White & Sable offers 12,000 square feet of square feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces designed to accommodate up to 225 guests. The reception space features soaring ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, providing ample natural light. The space includes a built-in bar and catering kitchen with a separate entrance for vendors.

The Ceremony

When you first walk into White & Sable you will enter in the foyer which is a versatile space with vaulted ceilings and a stunning chandelier, which can serve as an indoor ceremony area, additional lounge area or the dance area. Having a separate indoor ceremony space is such a stress reliever when you need to make a somewhat last minute call about the weather! An artificial grass courtyard is also on site which is suitable for a ceremony or cocktail hour. It includes a spacious shaded porch and portable bar, all set against a wooded area.

The Suites

The bridal suite offers individual makeup stations, a lounge area, private patio, bathroom and a dressing room. The groom’s suite features vintage arcade games, multiple TV’s, a lounge area, private patio and a bathroom. Having two separate spaces on opposite ends of the venue is a huge selling point for a lot of couples! Especially having a private bathroom and not having to risk running into one another.

White & Sable also has a family lounge that is equipped with lounge seating, TV, keurig and mini-fridge, which can be a nursing room or a retreat for family members or the couple during the event.

Open Catering

White & Sable does offer flexibility in choosing your caterer! You won’t find many venues anymore that allow open catering and this offers so much flexibility especially with the wedding budget!

Styled Shoot

We had the absolute honor of coordinating a stunning styled shoot at White & Sable with a dream team of vendors! It was a great time to see the space before they officially opened. We already have a few weddings booked at this gorgeous venue and we cannot wait to see all of the wedding dreams come to life! For this styled shoot, Malana Sophia Floral did the event design & florals and it turned out absolutely incredible. Lollipop Media (Natalie) took all the stunning photos that you see – it was so great working with both Malana & Natalie and I look forward to working with them again in the future! Natalie also did the welcome sign & bar sign which turned out SO good.
