Alli & Seth had the most beautiful, elegant Lilydale Wedding!

The Engagement

Seth knew all along that he wanted to propose in front of Alli’s family. After going ring shopping with his brother and picking out the perfect one, he proposed 2 weeks later! He picked out the absolute perfect rings without knowing any details of what Alli may like.

On Christmas Eve, Alli & Seth woke up and started getting ready for all of the festivities. Seth mentioned he forgot something at Alli’s parents house and he had to run over there and grab it (which was when Seth & Alli’s Dad set up the proposal that was going to take place later that night). Seth then returned home, and they went to his parents for the day and then to church with his family. 

After church they headed to her parents’ house. They started opening gifts and then stopped part way through to eat dinner. When everyone finished eating, Alli’s Dad said that there was a present they had to go out in the shop for and that someone needed to open it before they could open the remainder of their gifts. 

So everyone made their way out to the shop and Alli’s favorite truck that she drove in high school (it’s a 1987 Chevy pickup) was parked in there with a big, wrapped present in the back. In the present there was a ring box. Seth got down on one knee in front of all of her family! Of course Alli said YES and they celebrated all night long. Alli said it was the best surprise and truly the best night of her life!

The Wedding

Alli & Seth had a simple vision for their wedding – simple elegance, candles and real flowers. They were having a larger wedding (300+ guests), so finding ways to make it beautiful, but still affordable, were a must. They went with a taupe/champagne dress color for the bridesmaids and black suits for the guys. The flowers were neutral with pops of peach which looked beautiful with the bridesmaid dresses! Throughout the reception venue there were lots and lots of candles as well as some floral arrangements. White linens and black napkins completed the simple and elegant look that Alli & Seth were going for!

Our Services

Alli & Seth inquired with us a little over a year and a half from their wedding day. They only had their venue and caterer picked out, but knew they wanted a coordinator and wanted to secure one early. They were comfortable doing the planning, but wanted someone to help with the final details and went with our wedding management package. Even with a somewhat “early” booking, we still sent out bi-monthly “to do” emails throughout the planning process and checked in with them every now and then, as well, to see if they had any planning questions.

About 8 months out from their wedding, they decided to add on our Content Creation package! They had a photographer and videographer booked already, but loved the idea of content creation and having someone there to capture all the little moments to look back on right away.

With booking our Wedding Management package, we started working with them a few months out from their wedding to create a timeline, talk through the decor set up/tear down plan, and finalize all the details. On the day of the wedding, Hanna did the content creation while her team took care of the coordination side of things!

We absolutely loved working with & getting to know Alli & Seth for their elegant Lilydale wedding and wish them many years of love & happiness!!
