Alicia & Skyler’s Gatherings at Station 10 Wedding was full of so much love + intentionality. They opted for a smaller wedding, about 90 guests, which gave them plenty of time to mingle and chat with everyone!
The Venue
Their wedding was held at the beautiful Gatherings at Station 10, which is a former fire station! The space is versatile for many different types of events and can accommodate up to 200 guests. The venue does require a room flip but it went so smoothly! We know room flips tend to scare people, but with the right vendor team it can go off without a hitch!
The Engagement
Alicia and Skyler returned home from dinner one night to celebrate their three year anniversary. Skyler surprised Alicia by playing a song from the movie they watch on their first day and popping out a ring! It was intimate, cute and perfect for the two of them! They started planning their wedding shortly after 🙂
Their Wedding
With having a smaller wedding, they wanted their wedding to be engaging for guests. They wanted lots of personal touches, beautiful decor and flowers, and overall a fun and memorable day! Their top priorities were a venue that matched their style and had an open vendor policy (which this venue was perfect for them) and a videographer + photographer to to help them remember the day! They also wanted a coordinator, which is where we came in… 🙂
Our Services
Alicia & Skyler were looking for someone to help with the management and coordination of their wedding day and the very final stages of wedding planning. They wanted someone who was detail-oriented, easy-going, and can allow them to be present on their wedding day. They went with our wedding management package which was exactly what they were looking for and needed! We started working with them a few months out to create a timeline, reach out to vendors, and finalize all their plans including decor set up and tear down. Brooke was their lead coordinator the day of the wedding along with assistant Audrey and they did absolutely fabulous!
Cheers to Alicia & Skyler – we loved being apart of your Gatherings at Station 10 wedding!

“I cannot recommend this team enough. My expectation when hiring a “day-of coordinator” was to have someone who would keep things organized on our wedding day and help us stick to our timeline. Hanna Marie Events were partners throughout our entire year-long planning process. They were very prompt and responsive with communication, provided a full toolkit of extremely helpful planning resources, and had one of a kind personal touches like sending us thoughtful little self-care gifts while we were in the thick of our stressful planning time. On our actual wedding day, our coordinator Brooke was our go-to person for everything and knowing that she was there to take care of any little hiccups allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our special day to the fullest. The whole HME team was so calm and collected, if anything did go wrong at our wedding, I had no idea! We had SO many guests and our wedding party tell us how impressed they were with the decor setup, how smoothly the day ran, and how efficient tear-down was at the end of the night. We have Hanna Marie Events to thank for all of that. As a bonus, they created the sweetest instagram reel of our wedding as a surprise for us to see the next day. If you’re getting married, do yourself a favor and hire this team!”
