InterContinental St Paul Riverfont Wedding

Kelly and John’s wedding at Intercontinental St. Paul was truly one of the most unique and stunning themes I have seen! In our initial consult, Kelly and John said there vision was “Palace of Versailles meets Rainforest Cafe” and WOW did their florist do just that! From the vivid wedding décor to the happy and smiling faces (including a reception dress change for Kelly!), everything was brimming with color and joy. Kelly + John’s Colorful Wedding in St Paul Minnesota

Kelly and John’s wedding was all about colors and joy. Their venue, Intercontinental St. Paul , was the perfect pick for their wedding day. The hotel’s Grand Ballroom was decorated with colorful flowers and drapes that filled the room with cheerfulness. They chose to upgrade their chairs to the gold chivalri chairs through The Seatery, and draping through We’ve Got it Covered. Both of those together along with all of the floral + rentals from Rose Botanical really brought Kelly + John’s wedding vision come to life!

The Sparkly Dress

When it came time for the dress, Kelly went with the “sparkle” dress from Monique Lhuillier. The dress truly shines like no other and is the perfect v neck ballgown for the glam bride wanting a full glitter wedding dress. Kelly then changed into a stunning dress for the dance! The Ceremony

Kelly and John decided to have a unity during there ceremony. Being that their wedding was a little less traditional, they opted for a jaeger bomb shot!

The Unique Cake

One of the highlights of Kelly and John’s wedding was their wedding cake. Instead of a plain white single tiered cake, their wedding cake was four tears with a white beaded design. The cake was beautifully decorated with peacock feathers. It was the perfect compliment to their colorful wedding day!

Kelly and John’s wedding was a perfect example of how you can bring color and vibrancy to your wedding day. It showed how you can make your special day unique and unforgettable by adding your touch to traditional wedding elements. Their wedding day was a celebration of their love story and the beginning of their new journey together & we are so beyond honored to have been a part of it!
