Morgan & Zach had a stunning Legacy Hill Farm Wedding!

THE ENGAGEMENT

Morgan & Zach were on a trip to Dallas where they already had a couples photo shoot planned. Morgan had rented a huge ballgown dress and took pictures during golden hour, when Zach got down on one knee and proposed! It was a surprise, it was intimate, and it was perfect for the two of them!

THE WEDDING

Morgan & Zach envisioned their Legacy Hill Farm wedding to be a warm & sunny day full of energy! For their design they wanted it to be romantic and timeless, with a garden party vibe with light pink, cream, and green florals. Their biggest priorities were florals, photography, drinks, and overall ensuring the day came together beautifully!

OUR SERVICES

When Morgan & Zach inquired with us for their Legacy Hill Farm Wedding, they initially went with our wedding management package. After a few months of having that booked, they added on content creation as well! For their wedding coordinator they wanted someone who was organized, experienced, has clear communication, and of course loves wedding planning. They went with our wedding management package as they felt confident in doing all the initial planning themselves, but wanted to step in the last few months to help tie up all the loose ends and ensure all the details came together!

We worked with them starting 8 weeks out to build a timeline, communicate with vendors, go over the set up/tear down plan, and ensure we had all the details going into their wedding day. On the day of the wedding, we were onsite all day to oversee set up, tear down, and coordinate all of the vendors and details. We ensured everything went to plan so the couple, their friends, family, and guests could enjoy every moment!

“Where do I even start?! We had Hanna Marie Events for our wedding Day of Coordinator, Content Creation, and we also did the Wedding Management Package. If I could go back, I would do the exact same thing over again! From the very beginning, Hanna felt like a friend. She’s incredibly sweet, down to earth, and is truly there to support you in creating the best day of your life. On top of that, she’s very knowledgeable, organized, and can probably answer any question you could ever have. Throughout the planning process, I never felt alone. Hanna responds quickly to emails and was always in my corner helping me make the right decisions when I had no clue what I was doing. There’s no way our wedding would have turned out so seamless and beautiful if it wasn’t for HME.

On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and beautifully. They were so on top of everything, they worked with the other vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, it couldn’t have gone better. Having them there took off more stress than I can explain, and instead of worrying about random things, we got to enjoy our day and take in each moment.

Lastly, content creation! We opted out of doing a videographer and instead chose content creation with HME. Best decision ever!!! She captured all the moments, big and small. She captured details from the venue, our first look, ceremony, dancing, etc etc. Anything you’d want videos of, Hanna’s got it. It’s been so fun to reminisce on our day, and looking back at all the videos is the best part. Hanna captured once in a lifetime moments that came and went in an instant, but now we have forever.
