Kimberley & Gavin had the most stunning Woodland Glasshaus Wedding!

THE ENGAGEMENT

Gavin custom designed the ring from a small mom & pop shop that they stumbled upon in a historic district while out of town. Kimberley had no idea that Gavin continued communication with the store to design the ring of Kimberley’s dream! 

The ring got delivered days before a trip to Arizona. Gavin was calm, cool, and collected until they  were on their way to their favorite dinner spot at the botanical gardens across the street from their old apartment building. The sun was setting and Gavin “randomly” said it would be cute to pull over and take a picture in the desert. 

They walked out towards the base of a mountain at Papago Park where there was a photographer waiting and Gavin got down on one knee! He had a really sweet speech.

THE WEDDING

Guest experience & design (especially the florals!) were the two most important parts of Kimberley & Gavin’s Woodland Glasshaus wedding! We kept both of these in mind with each decision we made for our 13 months of planning together.

Kimberley wanted to be in absolute AWE when she walked into her reception space, and based on room reaction photos, I think we accomplished just that! Throughout the entire wedding was a logo designed by Gavin’s brother, which was a very special touch!

Guest experience included incredible food and drinks and there was no shortage of either at Kimberley & Gavin’s Woodland Glasshaus wedding! Cocktail hour featured mini margs/tacos, a pasta station, sliders, shrimp, chicken dumplings (in a bamboo basket) and of courrrrrse a coke fountain! Can’t forget about late night which included roaming croissants and walking tacos!

OUR SERVICES

When Kimberley & Gavin inquired with us about their Woodland Glasshaus Wedding, they had the venue and 2 other vendors booked, but wanted a full service planner to work with them on everything else. With our full service planning, we are there for every step of the planning process and that’s exactly how we were with Kimberley & Gavin! We booked the rest of the essential vendors and then moved on to the design phase which included booking a florist, picking out linens/napkins, deciding on stationery/signage, and bringing together an overall cohesive design.

There was no detail missed on this stunning wedding! It was a joy to work with these two for 13 months to bring their vision to life. Cheers to Kimberley & Gavin!!
