Bianca and TJ’s Northern Stacks Events wedding was truly an amazing day. For starts, they chose to have a brunch wedding which was SO fun and unique! This was our first brunch wedding and we would looooove to have more 🙂
The Engagement
Bianca & TJ got engaged about a year and a half before their wedding day. TJ is a teacher, so they took advantage of his schedule and planned a week long trip to Belize before Christmas. About three days in, TJ popped the question on the porch of their becahfront room – they couldn’t have asked for a better setting! They then enjoyed the rest of their trip as a newly engaged couple, exploring Belize and getting excited for their new life together!
The Venue
Bianca & TJ went with Northern Stacks Events because they absolutely love the brewery vibe. Their perfect date night consists of board games and a brewery! Adjacent to Forgotten Star Brewery, it was the perfect setting for their brunch wedding. It’s a smaller venue, with capacity for about 125 people which was once again perfect for their smaller wedding!
Our Services
Bianca & TJ inquired with us as they wanted to remain as stress free as possible leading up to the wedding day. Bianca has planned many large events before and knows what it is like to feel so stressed leading up to the big moment and she didn’t want that! She wanted to do everything possible to just focus on spending time with her future spouse and friends/family. Bianca & TJ were also looking for someone to provide guidance on timing for the day, and someone who could execute the day.
They went with our wedding management package which was exactly what they were looking for! We started working with them about 10 weeks out, curating a timeline and confirming all the details with vendors. On the day of the wedding, we helped set up and tear down their personal decor, manage the timeline, and overall be the point of contact for guests and vendors!
We absolutely loved being apart of Bianca + TJ’s brunch wedding – congrats again you two!

“Our experience with Hanna and her team was incredible. We hired Hanna Marie Events as our day-of coordinator for our wedding (which, we quickly learned, is MUCH more than a one-day job). We hired a coordinator because we wanted to be stress-free on our wedding day, so we enlisted a professional to ensure that everything went smoothly. From the beginning of our time working together, it was clear that Hanna and her team were experts in all things weddings. I’m so grateful for Hanna and her team for preparing and managing every small and large detail of our day. We felt so stress-free and were able to enjoy the day so much more because of their team.
