Sarah & Ryan’s Olympic Hills Golf Club Wedding in Eden Prairie was absolutely beautiful! They were blessed with some gorgeous May weather. Although a little windy, the day was stunning and we were thankful for no rain.

Sarah and Ryan went with a neutral theme for their wedding. The bridesmaids were in taupe dresses and the guys were in black tuxes. They had white flowers with lots of greenery and really wanted to embraces the natural beauty of the venue both inside and out. Although they were unable to have their dog Wrigley present on the day of the wedding, they incorporated him by putting his face on cocktail napkins! As a dog lover myself, I love when couples incorporate their pets 🙂 Sarah and Ryan both were living in Chicago at the time of planning their wedding and still did an amazing job planning from afar!

Sarah and Ryan opted for both a couple first look and also a bride/bridesmaid first look. Both were so emotional and touching to watch, but WOW did the bridesmaids go crazy over seeing how beautiful Sarah looked!

Sarah and Ryan were looking for a wedding coordinator who would keep everyone organized and on time. They wanted their wedding to be a fun gathering for all of their best friends and family to come together to celebrate! They went with our wedding management package which was perfect for them. We started working with them 10 weeks out from their wedding day to craft a detailed timeline, communicate with their vendors and then on the day of the wedding we managed everything so they didn’t have to lift a finger!

Olympic Hills Golf Club was truly the perfect venue for them. Their beautiful banquet space with hardwood flors, chivari chairs and gorgeous beamed ceilings make the space versatile for many wedding themes. Their ceremony space is stunning and overlooks a waterfall garden and glistening pond. Truly a stunning venue!
