Caitlin & Nick had a stunning, colorful day at Dixon’s Apple Orchard in Eau Claire, Wisconsin! The weather was absolutely perfect.

The Venue

Dixon’s Apple Orchard is located near Eau Claire, Wisconsin and is a gorgeous setting for weddings and events. With over 100 acres, this venue provides a serene atmosphere. There are 3 ceremony sites to choose from – Island/Pond, Woodland, or Orchard. The reception space can hold up to 250 guests and offers an open-air porch that has additional seating. The reception area includes separate spaces for dining and a bar, which offers a seamless flow throughout your event.

Dixon’s Apple Orchard provides a well-appointed bridal suite equipped with a kitchen, spacious bathroom, and a cozy living room with a stone fireplace. The groom and his party can utilize the “Groom Shack” which includes a grain silo with barstools and a foosball table which ensures a relaxed experience before the ceremony! 

The venue also offers 12 campsites for the wedding party and guests, which is a unique and convenient lodging option. Dixon’s Apple Orchard also owns and operates the nearby Autumn Harvest Winery which is a perfect spot to entertain guests during their visit or even to host your bridal shower or rehearsal dinner!

The Wedding

Caitlin & Nick wanted a colorful, summer wedding. The bridesmaids were in french blue dresses from Revelry with the groomsmen in black suits. They wanted their wedding vision and decor to compliment the venue’s rustic/outdoor feel. The ceremony space they chose is already very picturesque, so they added a simple floral piece to add in some color. For the reception decor, they went with Sweet Legacy’s centerpiece package and rented table runners, tapered candle holders, glass sleeves and then they got colorful bud vases from Hive and Hollow. 

Our Services

Caitlin & Nick were mostly looking for someone to be their point person and help with the finer details for their Dixon’s Apple Orchard wedding. They wanted everyone to enjoy themselves and for everything to be organized and go accordingly to plan as best as it could. They went with our wedding management package where we met with them a few months prior to put together a timeline, go over all of their wedding details, and reach out to all the vendors. On the day of the wedding we managed the timeline, coordinated with vendors, and made sure all their wedding details went off without a hitch.
