Maddie and Jake had a beautiful April Wedding at Vadnais Heights Commons!

The Venue

Vadnais Heights Commons, with its state-of-the-art design and elegant architectural features, provided the perfect backdrop for Maddie and Jake’s reception. This stunning banquet facility boasts over 10,000 square feet of space, expansive windows, 28-foot ceilings, and skylights that let in natural light, creating an exquisite ambiance. The grand stone fireplace in the pre-function area offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while the French doors opened to scenic views and a beautiful outdoor space, perfect for an intimate gathering or additional event space.

The Ceremony

The day began at the Church of St Peter in St Paul, Minnesota. The weather was perfect for an April wedding, adding to the joyous atmosphere. The ceremony was heartfelt and emotional, with family and friends witnessing Maddie and Jake exchange their vows in a beautiful setting.

The Reception

Following the ceremony, guests moved to Vadnais Heights Commons for the reception. The venue’s impeccable design and staging services transformed the space into a magical setting that perfectly matched Maddie and Jake’s vision. The couple chose a color palette of grey and purple, with the groomsmen in grey suits and purple ties and the bridesmaids in stunning purple dresses.

Special Touches

Maddie and Jake incorporated unique elements that made their day truly special. One standout feature was their shotski guestbook, a fun and memorable way for guests to leave their mark on the day. Another touching moment was the groom’s dance with his godmother in remembrance of his mother, who passed away two years ago. This heartfelt tribute added a layer of depth and emotion to the celebration, reminding everyone of the importance of family and love.

Our Role

Maddie and Jake found us through Google and chose our wedding management package, which was a perfect fit for their needs. Over the last few months of their planning, we worked closely with them to build a detailed timeline, communicate with vendors, and finalize every detail. Our goal was to ensure they could fully enjoy their special day without worrying about logistics. One unique idea we contributed was coordinating a seamless transition between the ceremony and reception, ensuring guests were guided effortlessly from one venue to the next.
